Returns Policy Our returns policy is as follows: In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your Life Force Generator, simply return it to us within 10 days in the same condition as we sold it to you in for a 90% of cost refund. You pay the return postage and we deduct 10% for our handling costs. Unsolicited returns asking for trade-ins for more expensive Generators will not be accepted without previously phoning to make arrangements. Please phone for details. Repairs Policy Repairs. As stated in our literature Life Force Generators are not designed to be constantly handled. Connecting with the unit through your mind is possible at any distance avoiding the need to handle the device. If a device is dropped on a hard surface it will chip it. The effect on the device of such chips are cosmetic only, they have only a negligable effect on the devices functioning capacity. If you wish to repair a chipped item, return it to us at your expense and we will contact you with an estimate of the cost of repair and the price of return postage. When we receive your go ahead and payment for the repair we shall repair it and return it to you. |
